At Innovate TCG, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with care and precision. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

All sales on Booster Boxes and Booster Packs are final. Due to the nature of our products and our secure delivery process, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered successfully. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered or was lost in transit due to a shipping error.

  • You received the wrong item or your order is missing items.

  • The product arrived damaged, and you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

We reserve the right to verify and approve refund claims based on provided documentation and delivery records.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at innovatetcg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We aim to resolve all inquiries promptly and fairly.

Order Cancellations & Fees

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at innovatetcg@gmail.com.

Please note the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation before processing: If your order has not yet been processed, you may cancel it for a flat administrative fee of $5 or 5% of the total order value, whichever is greater.

  • Cancellation after processing but before shipment: If the order has been processed but not yet shipped, cancellation will incur a restocking and processing fee of 15% of the order total.

  • Orders that have already shipped or been delivered cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

  • This fee will only be waived on a case by case basis.

We appreciate your understanding, as these fees help cover payment processing and administrative costs.
